It is best for those who sit at a desk most of the day or people who want a quick massage. It can help alleviate back, neck, and shoulder pain caused by hunching over a desk and looking down at screens & keyboards. Chair massage also helps relieve stress and promote relaxation.


Swedish Massage

Technique: Swedish Massage is the perfect first-time massage. Think long, continuous strokes, which can be customized. Request a soft touch (to relax) or firm kneading (to work our kinks). Good for relaxation and relieving mild tension.

Prenatal Massage
