Gift Certificates Terms & Condition:

*Gift Certificates expire 3 months from date of purchase and are non-refundable.

*In certain instances an extension can be applied.

*Gift Certificates are not redeemable after expiration date (NO exceptions).

*Gift Certificates are non-redeemable for cash.

*Certificate MUST be presented at the time of the service.

*Cannot be used for retail purchases.

*Gratuities are not included.

*Substitutions cannot be made on Spa Packages & Package Series,

  however you may use the full purchase price of your gift certificate toward any services of your choice.

*If you are using a Gift Certificate as your form of payment please present it to the

  Front desk coordinator upon check-in and prior to receiving your service.
