Make sure you take good care of your feet! This should be part of your beauty regime as they often get neglected! This observation is for all the gentlemen out there too. Pedicures are not just for women; they are for you too!

Your feet carry you through life! It is important to keep them well maintained and cared for...

Did you know...

Having regular Pedicures can help detect early signs of bunions, corns & fungal infections. These conditions are easier to treat when they are identified and treat in their earlier stages.

Eliminating dirt and bacteria from your feet will also help to prevent nail diseases, disorders such as fungi and foot odors.

Regular trimming and cleaning of the toe nails prevents them from growing inwards and causing infections.

A pedicure is a relaxing service which includes a nourishing foot soak, an exfoliation to remove dead skin cells and help to diminish unsightly calluses. One of the most enjoyable parts of a pedicure is the massage. Massaging helps to relieve tension and boost the blood circulation in your legs and feet.

Do’s and Don’ts

Don’t shave or wax your legs before a pedicure! The products used in the service may sting or irritate the skin which won’t be relaxing at all.

Don't round the edges of your toenails. This type of shape increases the chances of developing painful ingrown toenails.

Don’t apply nail polish to thick on discolored toenails, which could be a sign of a fungal infection and will only cover up the problem.

Do have regular Pedicures! We recommend having one every 4 weeks.

Do apply softening foot creams on a regular basis at home. We recommend that you do this at night and in the morning.  Applying a cream once a week will not give you any long-term benefits from using it.
