Short on time and do not have a hair appointment scheduled?

With the holiday season quickly approaching here are a few tips on ways to get your hair ready for that last-minute Christmas event.

Please remember up-do’s work much better on hair that feels a little ‘dirty’ but not oily.
It is recommended to wash your hair a few days before your event. This makes the hair a lot more manageable and not too soft to create a quick up-do.

For those who have thick or natural curly hair and you don’t have time to wash and dry before the party try using a dry shampoo example DIRTY SECRET BY BEAD HEAD. Spray it on the roots first to absorb any oil, and then you can follow it up with a shine finish. This will make your hair smell fresh and look clean. You’ll then have more time to give it a quick dry-blow dry & use a flat iron for a straighter look or to freshen up your curls.

For those who have finer hair you can try using dry shampoo ULTRA VOLUME BY GOLDWELL, it can be used on roots for extra body & texture if the hair is a bit too oi Depending on the look you want to create a curling iron, blow dryer, flat iron, bobby pins and hair spray is all that is needed to create many looks. Sometimes only one of these tools is needed!

Also remember it might just be a hair accessory that could make a casual style look more glamorous. There are many hair accessories out there to choose from these day. With a smooth back or side ponytail or even just a few soft curls to one side, you can be ready for any holiday party or even a night out with the girls.

Using the right tools and one of these little tricks a new and easy look can be done by YOU or by YOUR stylist if you can get that last-minute appointment in!
