Dear Valued Clients,

We will be RE-OPENING on June 22nd!

We have been busy and committed in preparing for our re-opening under national Rules & Regulations for our industry. The safety of our team and our clients is essential to us. In return we ask some commitments from you for the safety of us all.

Masks & Protection:

We will require personal protective equipment (mandatory use of a mask or face covering) for both staff and clients to enter the Salon/Day Spa.
Clean and/or disinfect all surfaces and implements.
Initiated contact less methods of scheduling and payment.
Clients should use their own pen to sign credit card authorization.
Acquired appropriate personal protective equipment to be used.
All clients will have to fill out a short health waiver on arrival.
Re-trained & updated our full team on essential infection control and hygiene practices.

Cleanliness of Our Work Place:

We will frequently disinfect physical touch points and frequently shared objects such as credit card machinery, pens, door handles.
 We will wipe down with disinfectant cleaner common areas and items touched after every use to stop the spread of the virus.
 Discontinue the practice of hand shaking and other non-essential contact.
 Launder and/or disinfect all capes, towels and linens after use.
Removed any non-essential items throughout our business e.g drinks, snacks, magazines.
Allocate 10 mins in-between all clients to make sure our rooms, stations etc has been re sanitized for you.

Staff & Customer Interaction:

We will reduce physical interaction when unnecessary.
Please ask for assistance from your technician or the front desk coordinators with retail.
Request that you be on time so that you do not miss any of your services.
Request that you cancel your appointment if you are sick.
For those permitted in store a social distance of 6 feet must be maintained.
We will limit customer interactions to avoid close and prolonged contact.
We ask that you come alone to your appointment.
Children be left at home unless they are scheduled for an appointment.
All cash tips must be handed into the front desk at the time of cash out.
Request a Covid 19 fee of $3 per client to cover and make sure all of the above is possible.
Open only one door for client arrivals to control walk-ins and amount of persons inside of our reception area & premises overall.
Request that you limit bringing personal items to your appointment.
Assign a team member to greet you at the front door for hand sanitation on arrival.
